<h2>Terms of service</h2>
<p>These terms apply when you use https://urbanvell.com or buy from it. The storefront is a Shopify shop trading as <strong>URBANVELL</strong>. If you do not agree, do not order.</p>
<p>A separate privacy notice already exists on the site. These terms do not replace it.</p>
<h3>1. Who we are</h3>
<ul>

<p>We are a direct-to-consumer shop. We are not a marketplace, not a high-street chain, and not the print factory.</p>
<h3>2. The catalog</h3>
<p>We sell urban-sketch streetwear and a small essentials / lifestyle set (hoodies, tees, letterman, windbreaker, cap, joggers, and add-ons such as a mug, socks, flip-flops, pajama pants, a blanket, and boxers). There is <strong>no customer-facing customization</strong> (no monogram, no custom text).</p>
<p>Descriptions, size tables, and material lines on a product page come in large part from the Printify blank. Colors on screen are mockups. Fabric can vary by colorway where the product page says so.</p>
<p>We may change a price, a colorway, or whether an item is offered. Live prices are the USD figures shown at checkout.</p>
<h3>3. Orders, payment, and cancellation before production</h3>
<p>An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when Shopify takes payment and we (or Printify) start production.</p>
<ul>
<li>Checkout is in <strong>USD</strong>.</li>
<li>Payment methods are those Shopify shows at checkout (Shop Pay is present as a button; <strong>Shop Pay installments are off</strong>).</li>
<li>We may refuse or cancel an order that looks fraudulent, that we cannot print, or that we cannot ship to the address given.</li>
<li>Because items are printed after you pay, you should not expect a warehouse-style edit-my-order desk. If you need to change a size or address, write immediately via https://urbanvell.com/pages/contact. If production has already started, the change may be impossible and the returns page applies instead.</li>
</ul>
<p>Title and risk in the goods pass under the shipping and refund pages, and under the law that applies to your order. We do not promise a delivery date; production and transit are not published.</p>
<h3>4. Printify, third parties, and several packages</h3>
<p>Printify and its print providers are <strong>independent contractors</strong>. They print, pack, and book the carrier. An order with more than one SKU may ship as <strong>more than one package</strong>, from more than one place.</p>
<p>Shopify processes the checkout. Carriers handle the last mile. We are not those companies. Their outages, customs holds, and lost-parcel rules can affect you even when we have done our part.</p>
<h3>5. Shipping, duties, refunds</h3>
<p>Shipping and multi-package delivery are described in the <strong>Shipping policy</strong>. Withdrawal, returns, and defects are described in <strong>Refunds, returns, and withdrawal</strong>. Those pages are part of these terms.</p>
<p>You are responsible for giving a deliverable address and for any duty, VAT, or brokerage your country charges if tax was not fully collected at checkout.</p>
<h3>6. Your account and the site</h3>
<p>You may check out as a guest or create a Shopify customer account. Keep your password to yourself. The site is for personal, lawful shopping. Do not scrape the catalog to clone the shop, do not abuse the contact form, and do not try to break checkout.</p>
<p>The storefront language is English. We may change layout, collections, or availability without notice.</p>
<h3>7. Intellectual property</h3>
<p>The URBANVELL name, the UV / crest mark, and the urban-sketch artwork we put on garments are ours (or used by us with the right to sell them). You may not copy the graphics to print your own run, resell our mockups as yours, or use the name in a way that says you are us.</p>
<p>A product page is not a license to the artwork beyond the garment you bought.</p>
<p><strong>Third-party marks:</strong> any third-party brand name that appears in a product title or description belongs to its owner. Nothing in these terms is a claim that URBANVELL is affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any such brand.</p>
<p>User content: if you post a review or send a photo later, you give us a non-exclusive right to show it on the site or social channels we operate.</p>
<h3>8. Age and capacity</h3>
<p>You must be able to form a binding contract in your country to order from us.</p>
<h3>9. Disclaimer and liability</h3>
<p>The shop is provided as a small D2C catalog. We do not promise uninterrupted uptime, search ranking, or that a mockup matches every phone screen.</p>
<p>To the extent Romanian and EU consumer law allows (and <strong>those laws prevail</strong> for EU consumers):</p>
<ul>
<li>we are not liable for indirect loss (lost time, missed events, lost profit);</li>
<li>our total liability for a given order is limited to the <strong>USD amount you paid for that order</strong>.</li>
</ul>
<p>Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any duty that cannot be limited in your country. EU consumers keep every mandatory right, including the 14-day withdrawal described on the refunds page.</p>
<h3>10. Governing law and disputes</h3>
<p>These terms are governed by <strong>Romanian law</strong>, because that is where the trader is based. If you are an EU consumer, you may also use the courts of your own member state, and you keep access to the European Commission’s ODR information page.</p>
<h3>11. Changes</h3>
<p>We may update these terms. For an order already placed, the terms that applied on the checkout day apply to that order, plus any mandatory consumer law.</p>
